The goal, who this is for, tone, anything that must appear, anything that must not. The assistant reads this before writing a word — and it is saved with the campaign, so it is still there when you come back to it.

Goes out as a direct message from your account. Each recipient gets a notification, and the thread appears in their Linxi Network inbox and on their Linx tab — the same as a message you send by hand.

Goes to people who follow you on the Linxi Network. Following you is how they opt in; whether you follow back does not matter.

💬 WhatsApp template

Only contacts who have opted in to WhatsApp and have not opted out of messages are included. Everyone else is skipped — the recipient count above already reflects that.

Templates are written and approved in your Meta Business account. Linxi cannot change the wording, only which one is sent and what fills its placeholders.

🔄 After Send Let the assistant answer replies to this campaign On

Real messages, to real people, from your number, at your cost. It follows your instructions below, never texts anyone who has opted out, and stops after the reply limit you set.

Email replies are not wired up yet — Linxi has no inbound-email webhook, so nothing would ever trigger one. The setting is here so it is ready; it is switched off rather than pretending to work.

0 minutes answers on the next pass, about half a minute. The per-person limit is what stops a misunderstanding becoming twenty texts.

Be specific. The assistant follows this literally, and anything you have not covered it has to guess at.

A2P registration—

Nothing is lost and your number is still yours. Carriers reject most first filings — edit what they objected to and file again. Your previous drafts are kept.

Linxi manages the carrier account for this number. To release it, use Release Number in the Danger Zone below.

Step 1 — Choose your number

Fill in any combination of filters to narrow your search. Area Code and Starts With cover the same digits, so use one or the other. Starts With, Contains and Ends With need a paid Telnyx account.

Consecutive Numbers needs Telnyx’s number-block search, which Linxi does not use yet.

Fill in either or both filters to narrow your search.

Selected ✓

Step 2 — Your plan

Your new number

A Linxi number needs a paid plan. Your first line is included — you only pay for additional numbers.

Messages are billed separately. SMS and MMS are charged at carrier cost with no markup — $0.004 per SMS, $0.010 per MMS — and drawn from your Linxi balance, which is topped up separately from your subscription. Adding funds carries a 9% recharge fee; the messages themselves do not. You'll need a balance before you can send.

Exactly as printed on the card. Kept on your account as your legal name — never shown publicly.

Charged monthly by Square. Cancel any time from Account → Billing.

Step 3 — Business information

Registering for

Required for A2P 10DLC registration. Must match your IRS documents exactly — carriers check the business name, EIN and address against public records, and a mismatch is the most common rejection.

Leave blank if you are a sole proprietor and set Business Type to “Sole Proprietor”. Every other entity type needs an EIN — carriers reject a company brand without one, and you only find out days later.

A sole proprietor has no EIN, so the carrier identifies the person instead, and requires a mobile number on the brand record to do it. It must be your own mobile handset — not the Linxi number you are buying, and not a landline.

Step 4 — Messaging setup

This is the part carriers actually read. A vague description and a sample without STOP are the two most common reasons a campaign comes back rejected.

Use Case *
0 chosen

Pick every kind you will actually send — the carrier checks this list against your sample messages, and wants at least one sample per kind.

0 / 40

Name your business, who you message, and what you send them.

Carriers want five samples and read every one. Three are required here; the last two are optional, but a campaign submitted with five varied samples clears review more often than one sent with the minimum. The sample message guide has 25 worked examples across five industries.

0

Must name your brand and include STOP. Square brackets are fine — carriers read them as placeholders.

0

Make this a different kind of message from the first — two near-identical samples read as one.

0

A third kind again. If 1 was transactional and 2 promotional, make this one support or account related.

0

Every extra sample is another chance to show a reviewer your traffic is what you said it is.

0

Five is the number carriers ask for. Leaving these blank is allowed, not ideal.

Describe the actual mechanism — the web form, the paper waiver, the keyword. "They gave us their number" is not consent.

Recipients can reply STOP to opt out, START to opt back in and HELP for help. The keywords are fixed to what the carriers honour; these are the replies they get back.

Filed with the campaign and set on the carrier for this number. Leave a box blank to use the default for your business name.

Where do your policy pages live? *

What gets published

  • Your business name, address and support phone and email, readable by anyone with the link.
  • At linxi.app/@you/privacy and the matching terms page.
  • A carrier reviewer opens them. So can anyone else — that is what makes them usable as a policy URL.

You can edit or take them down at any time in Account → Privacy & Terms Pages.

Must include “do not share” language — a statement that mobile numbers and opt-in consent are not shared or sold. A reviewer checks for it.

Must describe the message programme — what you send, how often, and the HELP and STOP replies.

AI review · $0.02. Reads your draft and both policy pages, and checks them against documented carrier rejection patterns. Charged to your Linxi balance. It cannot predict approval.

Step 5 — Review & confirm

You are applying for
Monthly billing estimate

Billed monthly via Square$1.50 + usage

⚠️ Reset or Delete Linxi Number Start the setup over, or retire the number completely

Reset Linxi Number

Clears this Linxi's saved number setup — carrier choice, phone number, Twilio or Telnyx credentials, Messaging Service SID and A2P registration status — and returns the setup wizard to step 1 so you can run the whole Linxi Number process again from the beginning.

  • The number is not released. Nothing is cancelled at Twilio or Telnyx and billing keeps running. If you no longer want the number, cancel it in that carrier's console yourself.
  • Your data is not deleted. Contacts, messages and campaigns in this Linxi are untouched.
  • Past A2P submissions are kept. They are the record of what was filed with the carrier and when, so they stay on file.

Delete Linxi Number

Retires this Linxi Number completely: deletes the A2P campaign, deletes the A2P brand, removes the voice application, releases the number at the carrier, and resets this Linxi's setup. Billing for the number stops.

Deleting the A2P brand is the part that matters. A Sole Proprietor brand is registered against you — your name, address and mobile number — so while it exists, the registry will refuse a new brand under the same details with any provider. Releasing the number alone does not remove it.

📱 Number Setup Progress

📞 Site Linxi Number

The number that belongs to this install itself, rather than to any one Linxi. Only a site owner can set it.

Paste it however you have it — (561) 816-2228, 561-816-2228 and +1 561 816 2228 are all stored as +15618162228.

What this does today

It replaces TWILIO_PHONE_NUMBER in .env, which had one reader — seeding the very first Linxi on a brand-new install — and could never run again once a Linxi existed.

Setting it does not change where anything sends from. A Linxi sends from its own number, with no site-wide fallback, deliberately: a Linxi whose number is momentarily empty would otherwise send from another Linxi's number — wrong sender, wrong bill, and no sign it happened. Wiring this in as a fallback is a decision to take on purpose, not a gap to close by accident.

🔗 Account Groups

Linked accounts can be switched between without logging out. Switching is one-directional: the primary account can switch into the accounts linked to it, and those accounts can never switch into the primary. Both parties are notified when a link is made here, and every link is recorded.

Link two accounts

The account that gains the ability to switch.

The account that can be switched into. It gains nothing.

Optional. What the primary sees in their switcher.

Existing groups

New access profile

A profile is a named set of features and tabs. It hides nothing until you switch something off, and applies to nobody until you assign it or give it a role.

Access Profiles

A profile is a named set of features and tabs. Assign one to an account and it sees a smaller interface. Nobody has one until you say so — without a profile, everything is visible exactly as it is today.

This controls what is shown, not what is allowed. Every screen a profile hides is still protected by the permission that already protected it. For what somebody may do inside a Linxi, use Linxi Settings → Access levels; for who may administer the install, use their role in Directory.

⚠️ A profile is never applied to a super_admin — one who hid this page would have no way back to it.

Profile

Unsaved changes

Applies to these roles

The three roles an account can have. A role is the coarsest claim — an assignment by hand, or a profile someone picked at signup, beats it.

On the signup form

Tabs

Ticked means visible. Unticking hides the way in; the tab's own address still works for anyone who has it.

Features

Ticked means available. A feature marked not wired yet is stored and changes nothing on screen — there is no element tagged for it yet.

Who has it

What members of this profile fill in

Questions that appear on the member’s own account page, under the tab named after this profile. They are not contact fields — a contact field describes somebody in one Linxi; these describe the membership, and follow the person across the whole site.

What members of this profile pay

A fee appears on the member’s own account page and they settle it there. Nothing is ever charged automatically — a monthly or yearly fee is due each period and the member pays it. This is separate from their Linxi plan and grants no platform features.

Waiting for approval

Somebody filled in a form that grants this profile. Approving puts them on it; refusing records the decision and grants nothing. A form set to approve automatically never lands here.

👥 Directory

Sort

Nobody matches that.

➕ Add User

Creates an account directly, with no email verification step and no invitation. The person is not told; hand them the password yourself.

Their @handle, and permanent — it cannot be changed once the account exists.

Their login address. Must not already be in use.

They can change it once they are in.

What they may administer. A super admin can reach every screen on this install, including this one. Give it deliberately.

What they see. A profile hides tabs and features; it protects nothing that was not already protected. Leave it unset and the account looks exactly like every other one. Manage profiles

One mailbox handles both sending (SMTP) and receiving (IMAP) -- host, security, username, and password are shared between them here since they're almost always the same account. Ports differ, so those stay separate.

Landing Page

Unsaved changes

What a signed-out visitor sees at the site root. Off means Linxi's own landing page. Your brand's CSS variables (--c-brand and the rest) are available to the markup.

The switch is off, so visitors still see the default landing page. Everything below is saved either way — turn it on when you are ready to publish.

This site has no header or footer set up yet, so this page will render on its own. The AI deliberately does not write them — they belong to every public page, not just this one. Set them up in Site → Header and Site → Footer; each one offers a standard version you can use as it is.

Write it with Linxi AI

Talk it through with Linxi AI, then it writes the HTML and CSS into the boxes below. It knows your brand colours, the buttons above and the exact addresses of the images on the shelf, and it will not invent one that does not exist. Talking is free; building is charged, and you are asked first. Nothing is published until you press Save.

Images

Upload as many as you need, describe each one, then press Insert to drop it into the HTML where your cursor is. Descriptions become the alt text, which is what a screen reader reads and what shows if the image fails to load.

Uploaded here, then placed in the page. Insert puts it at your cursor. Descriptions become the alt text.

Landing page HTML

The page body only — no <html>, <head> or <body> tags. Those are added, along with your stylesheet and fonts.

Text, links, alignment and lists. Sections stay in the HTML tab.

Each one works on a phone as well as a desktop, in light and in dark. Switch to Phone to see the menu it collapses into, and to Light or Dark to check both — Auto follows the appearance you are viewing this page in. Press Load to put a style in the boxes below and edit it.

One <header> element. No <html>, <head>, <body> or <script> — script is stripped.

Text, links, alignment and lists. Sections stay in the HTML tab.

Social cover image

The picture behind the cover strip on every social page — the band under the header that is a brand gradient today, on the Network, the Feed, the Calendar and every profile. It applies whichever header style is chosen above, and a header you have written can reach it as var(--social-cover-image). A profile that has its own uploaded cover keeps it; this is what the rest of them show.

Stored on this server under /uploads/site/ — it is the site’s own picture, so it does not go to your media library or to cloud storage.

Features

Switching a feature off hides its controls in the app AND refuses its routes and pages with a 404, for everybody on this deployment, the super_admin included. A switch marked not wired yet is stored and does nothing until a route or a control is tied to it. No data is ever deleted either way.

Per-person restrictions on top of these are Users → Access profiles; hiding a whole tab is Site → Navigation.

Unset switches follow this deployment's white-label configuration.

Pages

+ New page

Pages this site serves at its own URLs — About, Events, Pricing, Contact. A published page can appear in the navigation.

This panel is the inventory: what exists, whether it is live, and whether it has anything in it. Pages are written in Site Coms — a page there is a “static page”, the same row this list shows.

Forms

Build a contact form, copy the snippet, paste it on any website you run. A submission lands as a contact in the Linxi you choose, with the consent recorded.

It is off until you switch it on, and it only accepts submissions from website addresses you list. Everywhere else is refused.

Form

Unsaved changes

This form

Only a label on the list. Either way the leads land in the Linxis chosen below.

Also send every lead to (optional)

Heading

JPEG, PNG, GIF or WebP, up to 5MB. It is re-encoded on the way in, so nothing the file carries reaches the page — including the location a phone writes into a photo.

Buttons, selected cards and links on this form. Leave it empty to use this site’s own brand colour.

On a form with more than one screen. What they have typed is kept for 14 days and a link is emailed to the address they give — anyone with that link can see and finish it, and any picture they attached is not saved. Off unless you tick it.

Fields

This adds a field to the Linxi the leads land in — it will show on every contact there, not just on this form.

Where it may be used

One address per line, e.g. https://example.com. The form is refused anywhere not listed — that is what stops somebody copying your snippet onto their own site.

After they submit

Policy and terms

A tick box and a line of hyperlinked text under the Send button. What they agreed to is recorded against the contact — with the web addresses in it, so the record says which documents.

Leave both blank to use the pages this site already has. Typed links are used only when both are filled in — one typed and one worked out would send a visitor half to you and half somewhere else.

After submission

A copy of their own answers, to the email address on the submission. Nothing is sent when the form did not ask for one.

Where to send it. Nothing is sent on a channel you have not ticked.

A text costs carrier money, taken from this Linxi’s prepaid balance at cost, like any other message. Email and Linxi cost nothing.

Leave both blank and the notification goes to the Linxi’s owner — their account email and the mobile on their account. Fill one in to send that channel somewhere else instead.

Navigation

Which built-in tabs appear, and any links of your own. Hiding a tab here does not switch its feature off — that is the Features panel. It removes the way in; the tab's own address still works for anyone who has it.

Admin and site-owner tabs are not listed — they already only appear for the roles that own them, and one of them is this page.

Built-in tabs

Your links

Campaign Email Footer

Appended to the bottom of every campaign email this site sends. This is your footer, not Linxi's — nothing here mentions the platform.

⚠️ The unsubscribe link is always added and cannot be switched off. A commercial email needs a working opt-out and a real postal address; the address below is the one that gets printed.

Colours come from Theme & Colours automatically — the footer paints itself in your brand colour, resolved to real hex, because mail clients ignore CSS variables.

Anything left blank falls back to what this site already knows — its brand name, tagline, address and logo — so the footer is presentable before you touch it. Fill a field in to override; clear one to leave it out.

Rendered 120px wide. Defaults to this site's own logo. ⚠️ Most email clients block remote images by default, so the business name below is what many recipients will actually see.

Required by CAN-SPAM in every commercial message. A street address or a registered PO box.

Shown as a link in the footer. https:// only — an http link shows a browser warning before it shows the page.

Social links, a logo, anything else. Inline styles only — most mail clients strip a stylesheet.

💬 Social Channels

WhatsApp Business, Messenger and Instagram Direct, through one Meta app. These are the platform's own accounts — a Linxi that connects its own in Linxi Settings → Social Accounts uses that instead, and everything else falls back to what is set here.

Fonts & Attribution

The site name, tagline, logo and the 81 colour tokens are in the Branding group above — Site Branding, Logo & Favicon and Theme & Colours. These two had nowhere else to live.

Must be a https://fonts.googleapis.com/ address. Injected into the head of custom pages and the landing page.

Site Branding

The name, tagline and description this site presents as. Leave a field empty to fall back to the built-in default.

Shown in the header, the footer, the browser tab and the landing page headline.

The short line under the name.

Used as the page description for search engines and link previews.

The legal entity that runs this site, named on the privacy policy and terms — on the liability, indemnity and responsibility clauses. Leave it empty and those pages name your site instead.

Where the site tells people to write. Empty uses the sending address from Admin → Email.

Published on the legal pages and in the SMS HELP reply. Leave it empty to publish no phone number.

Your company on the public pages

These fill About, Terms and Privacy. Leave one empty and that line is left off the page rather than guessed at.

Shown on About, beside your company name. A region and a country, as you would say it out loud.

Whose laws your Terms are governed by, written to follow “the laws of…”. Empty, the clause reads “the jurisdiction in which your company is established” — true, but vague. This is a binding term; set it.

The courts named in your Terms, written to follow “the courts located in…”.

Your own corporate site, if it is somewhere other than here. Linked from About. Empty leaves the line off entirely.

Your own opening for the About page — who you are and who you serve. A blank line starts a new paragraph. Empty, About writes the sentence itself from your name, company and location.

Brand name colour

A colour or gradient over the site name in the header, the landing page and the footer. Off by default — switched off, the name is whatever the theme already makes it.

These colours apply to everyone on this install. Light and dark are edited separately — each person chooses which they see in their own account settings.

💳 Payments

Which processor this site takes money through, and the credentials it uses. Square and Stripe are equals here — pick whichever this business already banks with. Keys are stored encrypted and never sent back to this page.

Plans

What the tiles say on the home page and on /subscriptions. Both pages render these rows — they used to be seven cards written into the markup and three lists inside a script, which is why the same plan could show different bullets on the two pages.

The limits here are enforced. SMS per month, contacts, Linxis and numbers are the figures the server actually refuses on, so changing one changes what customers on that plan may do — not just what the page advertises.

The price is not Square’s. Editing it changes the pricing pages only. A plan sold through Square keeps billing whatever its Square product says until somebody changes it there.

Plan Credits

Each paid plan hands back a slice of its price as prepaid messaging balance, once per calendar month. The job runs on the 1st at 4am. Running it by hand is safe to repeat — every credit goes through the same one-per-month key, so a second press credits nobody again.

⚙️ AI Spots

Every AI assistant on this platform, and what each one is. A spot's system prompt is its identity — it replaces the personal assistant prompt entirely, so a page builder is told it is a designer rather than that it helps with delivery failures. The depth tiers decide the model, the token budget and the price.

Depth tiers

Shared by every spot. A spot chooses which of these it offers; a tier that is switched off here is offered nowhere.

What has gone in
🤖
✓ Verified

Its role is the lowest one, deliberately: Linxi AI never signs in — everything it does runs inside the server — so a role that could reach the admin panel would only be a way in. Sign-in, password reset and impersonation all refuse a platform account outright, which is what makes it safe for the address to be a real mailbox. Neither the role nor the address is editable here.

—Messages sent

Anthropic API key

The key Linxi AI runs on, for everyone on this site. Without one the assistant is switched off entirely — no floating button, and “Use Linxi AI” is unavailable in everybody’s settings. Get one from console.anthropic.com. Usage is billed to that Anthropic account.

Anthropic organization key optional

Read-only access to your Anthropic account’s cost and usage reports. Not the key above — that one is scoped to a workspace, which these endpoints refuse. Nothing here can spend with it.

Three credentials work: an Admin key (sk-ant-admin01-…, provisioned by an organization admin), an OAuth token with org:admin, or — usually easiest — a normal API key that is not scoped to a workspace. All three need an organization rather than an individual account; set one up under Console → Settings → Organization if you have not.

⚠ Saved and checked, and nothing reads it yet — there is no cost panel on this screen. It is here so the credential is in place; Anthropic publishes no remaining-credit figure at all, so whatever gets built from this will report spend, not funding left.

What it may do

Kill switches, not permissions. Each is checked on top of the per-account switch in My AI → Assistant, which is off for everybody unless they turned it on. Switching one off here stops that channel for the whole platform at once.

How it behaves

Capped at 8192 — the ceiling the AI service enforces.

0 is literal and repeatable. 1 wanders.

Across the whole platform.

Persona

⚠ Not wired up yet. This is saved on the account and nothing reads it. No prompt prepends it, so editing it changes nothing about how Linxi AI behaves today.

It is here so the wording can be settled before it is wired in. When it is, it will go in front of every task Linxi AI is given — support requests, campaign replies, code runs.

Length
—
vs. the default
—

Every character would be sent with every request and paid for each time — the same economics as the knowledge base, which is why that one has a budget.

What Linxi AI Knows

Facts about Linxi, added to the assistant's instructions on every message. Highest priority first, until the budget runs out — every character is sent with every request and paid for each time.

How Linxi AI Behaves

The instructions each part of the assistant starts from. Editing one stops it being refreshed on restart — it becomes yours.

Worked Examples

Questions with the answer you want back. Off by default — they are long, and the facts above do more per token. Turn them on in What Linxi AI Knows.

Try It

A real message on your own account — it calls Anthropic, costs $0.02 from your balance and appears in your usage. Calendar mode shows what the planner would be told; it never writes events.

AI Activity

Everything Linxi AI has done. A row with nobody against it fired on its own — an inbound message arriving, not a person asking.

Connect outside services so Linxi can put your campaigns on your own calendar, send from your own address, and hand you reports where you already work.

Google Not connected

Linxi will put your marketing calendar on your Google Calendar, export contacts and campaign results to Sheets, write marketing plans out as Docs, and pull a campaign brief straight out of a Google Doc.

It asks for Calendar, Gmail send, Sheets, Docs, and access to the files it creates in Drive. It does not ask to read your inbox, your contacts, or the rest of your Drive.

Your marketing calendar, on your Google Calendar.

Send campaign email from your own address.

Mail sent this way comes from you, on your Google account, and counts against Google's own sending limits.

Neither switch does anything yet — campaign email still goes out on your Linxi mailbox. They are here so the preference is recorded; the send path has not been moved over.

Export contacts and campaign results. Read a contact list back in.

Change Password

🔒 Two-Factor Authentication

A second step when you sign in, from an app on your phone. Your password alone stops being enough for anybody who has it.

💻 Active Sessions

Everywhere your account is signed in right now. Ending one signs that device out immediately.

📋 Security Activity

Recent sign-ins and anything worth noticing on your account.

🤖 AI & Your Data

What Linxi AI can see for your account, and everything it has done on your behalf.

Danger Zone

Permanently delete your account, all workspaces you own, and everything in them. This cannot be undone.

New form

The name is for you. The heading visitors read is set next and starts out the same.

Submissions

Where these leads came from

Forms

Build a contact form, copy the snippet, paste it on any website you run. A submission lands as a contact in this Linxi, with the consent recorded.

It is off until you switch it on, and it only accepts submissions from website addresses you list. Everywhere else is refused.

Form

Unsaved changes

This form

Leads land in this Linxi.

Heading

JPEG, PNG, GIF or WebP, up to 5MB. It is re-encoded on the way in, so nothing the file carries reaches the page — including the location a phone writes into a photo.

Preview

The snippet below, rendered. Click the heading, any question label or a button to edit the words in place.

Snippet

Paste this into your website’s HTML. It works without JavaScript; the script only keeps the visitor on your page.

📣

Google Ads, wired into Linxi

Build a campaign here, and when somebody fills in its lead form they arrive as a contact automatically.

  1. 📣 Write the ad — the assistant drafts the copy
  2. 👈 Somebody fills in the lead form inside the ad
  3. 👤 Google posts it here and a contact is created
  4. 📱 A welcome text goes out, if you switch that on

Connect a Google Ads account

You authorise at Google. Linxi never sees your password, and the token it receives is encrypted before it is stored.

🤖 Build a campaign

Describe what you are advertising. The assistant writes the keywords, headlines and lead-form questions; you edit them before anything is saved.

Lead form webhook

Each campaign has its own URL and its own key. Paste both into the lead form’s webhook settings in Google Ads. The key is what proves a delivery really came from your form — without it, anything posted to the URL is ignored.

Compliance Profile

What kind of business is sending these messages?

Sole Proprietor / Individual registration uses a different, simpler Twilio process than this wizard (a direct Brand Registration, no Customer Profile) -- support for it is coming soon.

In the meantime, you can register as a Sole Proprietor directly in the Twilio Console.

Twilio requires a named contact authorized to act on the business's behalf.

Submitting creates a Twilio Trust Hub Customer Profile and sends it for review. This usually takes a few hours.

📋

Compliance profile submitted for review.

Twilio typically reviews within a few hours. You can check status any time from Linxi Settings.

Register A2P Campaign

Select the use case that best describes why you're sending messages.

💡 Low Volume Mixed covers multiple use cases at the lowest cost ($1.50/month). Recommended for most small businesses.

Provide a clear and comprehensive overview of the campaign's objectives and interactions end-users experience after opting in.

💡 Good example: "This campaign sends informational SMS messages to our existing patient database to notify them of new clinical studies they may qualify for, appointment reminders, and general healthcare service communications." Names specific use cases, implies prior consent, and covers every message type you plan to send -- no marketing fluff.

How do your contacts opt in to receive your messages? Check all that apply -- checking more methods gives you more flexibility for future campaigns.

💡 List EVERY opt-in method used, include exact consent language, state message frequency, mention STOP/HELP, and link to your privacy policy. Reviewers reject vague descriptions (Twilio error 30909).

🛡️ Use your Linxi compliance pages
Generated pages at linxi.app/@you/privacy, carrying your business rather than Linxi's. Set them up under Account → Your Privacy & Terms Pages.

Privacy policy must include: a non-sharing statement, message frequency, and a "msg & data rates may apply" disclosure.

Provide sample messages that reflect your campaign's purpose. Include your brand name, use square brackets for variables. More samples means less carrier filtering.

💡 Every sample message needs your brand name, a clear purpose, and "Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel" at the end. Example: "Appointment reminder: This is a reminder from [Brand] that you have an appointment on [MM/DD/YYYY] at [TIME]. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel."

If users can text a keyword to opt in, list them separated by commas. Leave blank to use the defaults: START, YES, UNSTOP.

💡 Include industry-specific keywords too (e.g. STUDIES, BOOK, ENROLL) that match what your customers might naturally text.

Auto-reply sent when someone texts an opt-in keyword. Must include brand name, enrollment confirmation, and HELP/STOP instructions.

Select any content your messages may contain:

💡 Check embedded links and phone numbers if ANY of your messages will ever include a URL or phone number -- better to check now than get rejected later.

    Consent

An SMS opt-out and an email opt-out are separate. Somebody who replied STOP to a text is still perfectly emailable.

    Channels

WhatsApp, Messenger and Instagram need Meta to be connected for this Linxi. A channel is reachable only when this contact has a handle on it and, for WhatsApp, has opted in.

    Web search

Searches the open web for this contact and shows what it finds. Nothing is written to the fields above — this section is a record of what was found, not an edit to the contact. Needs a name plus an email address or a phone number, so a result can be tied to this person rather than to their name.

    Access

A system account may publish site pages, broadcasts and events, and reaches nothing else — no users, billing, A2P or settings. Pair it with “Make platform account” so it has no login of its own and is operated with “Log in as”.

    Enable Voice on Your Number

Your Linxi number carries voice as well as messaging. Turning it on starts recording calls to it in your call history.

🔜Answering calls — a call to your number rings and goes unanswered until this lands
🔜Voicemail, recording and forwarding — the settings are saved but not yet acted on
    🔜IVR / phone menus, and browser-based calling
Enabling voice does not change your messaging, and costs nothing today — calls are not metered yet.

    SEO fields

Reads the post you have written and fills in the summary and the search-result description. It never changes the body.

🔒 Nothing is saved. It writes into the boxes and the preview below — your live page changes only when you press Save.

    How it works
    1. Reads your brief, the boxes, any attached document and your brand colours.
    2. Writes the page body and its CSS. Nothing else is touched.
    3. Lands in the boxes for you to edit — then Save, then Publish. Three separate presses.

A deeper tier writes more in one pass: longer and more complete, not better written.
