What the numbers mean

Linxi numbers

Numbers Linxi buys, pays for and registers for A2P on your behalf. Your first line is included in the plan price; additional numbers are $1.50/month each.

Connected numbers

Numbers you already own, on your own Twilio or Telnyx account. These cost nothing extra — you already pay your carrier for them — and are available on every plan, including Free.

Team seats

People who can be in your Linxis. A pending invitation holds a seat until it is accepted or revoked.

SMS per month

A ceiling, not an inclusion. No messages are included in any plan: the plan buys the ceiling, and your Linxi balance pays for the traffic at carrier cost — $0.004 per SMS, $0.010 per MMS.

Cloud storage

Charged from your balance past what your plan includes: $0.03 per GB stored each month and about $0.12 per GB downloaded. The Free plan includes its space free; on paid plans the figure is how much you can store. Files are never deleted over a bill — with an empty balance, new uploads wait until you add funds.

Flow workflows and AI requests

How many automations you can run, and how many requests the AI assistant takes a day. AI use is charged to your balance per request.

• Webmail, contacts, an inbox for texts and email, and email campaigns

• Events and ticketing (a 9% fee on paid tickets)
• The Linxi Network: your profile, posts and connections
• Hours, timesheets and boards for your team
• Analytics and tracked links
• Sharing to Instagram and Facebook, live streaming and jobs
• Sender score, delivery tools and A2P registration help
• Numbers you already own on Twilio or Telnyx, connected at no charge
• Email hosting on your own domain: $5 a month per 25 mailboxes
