Two things are billed separately: the plan, which buys the platform and your allowances, and your Linxi balance, which pays for the messages you actually send — at carrier cost, with no markup. Adding funds to that balance carries a 9% recharge fee; the messages themselves do not.

What the numbers mean
- Linxi numbers
- Numbers Linxi buys, pays for and registers for A2P on your behalf. Your first line is included in the plan price; additional numbers are $1.50/month each.
- Connected numbers
- Numbers you already own, on your own Twilio or Telnyx account. These cost nothing extra — you already pay your carrier for them — and are available on every plan, including Free.
- Team seats
- People who can be in your Linxis. A pending invitation holds a seat until it is accepted or revoked.
- SMS per month
- A ceiling, not an inclusion. No messages are included in any plan: the plan buys the ceiling, and your Linxi balance pays for the traffic at carrier cost — $0.004 per SMS, $0.010 per MMS.
