New Campaign
Compose, schedule and send to your contacts — by text, email, both, or as a direct message across the Linxi Network.
📋 Campaign Directives What the assistant should know before it drafts anything
The goal, who this is for, tone, anything that must appear, anything that must not. The assistant reads this before writing a word — and it is saved with the campaign, so it is still there when you come back to it.
Anyone who has opted out is left out automatically, on every channel.

🔄 After Send Let the assistant answer replies to this campaign
Email replies are not wired up yet — Linxi has no inbound-email webhook, so nothing would ever trigger one. The setting is here so it is ready; it is switched off rather than pretending to work.
0 minutes answers on the next pass, about half a minute. The per-person limit is what stops a misunderstanding becoming twenty texts.
Be specific. The assistant follows this literally, and anything you have not covered it has to guess at.
SMS bills from your prepaid Linxi balance at carrier cost. Email sends on your own connected mailbox and costs nothing.

Marketing Plans
A plan is a timeframe with a goal. Events and milestones hang off it, and its progress is measured against them.
Events
Twelve months at a time. Google events and scheduled campaigns are not listed here — neither can be edited from Linxi, and they are on Month and List.
Tasks
Tasks on this calendar, open ones first. On a Linxi calendar you can give a task to anyone in it — and whoever it belongs to can mark it done, even if the rest of the calendar is the admins’ to edit.
Everything Scheduled
Three months at a time, grouped by week.

Reset Linxi Number
Clears this Linxi's saved number setup — carrier choice, phone number, Twilio or Telnyx credentials, Messaging Service SID and A2P registration status — and returns the setup wizard to step 1 so you can run the whole Linxi Number process again from the beginning.
- The number is not released. Nothing is cancelled at Twilio or Telnyx and billing keeps running. If you no longer want the number, cancel it in that carrier's console yourself.
- Your data is not deleted. Contacts, messages and campaigns in this Linxi are untouched.
- Past A2P submissions are kept. They are the record of what was filed with the carrier and when, so they stay on file.

📞 Site Linxi Number
The number that belongs to this install itself, rather than to any one Linxi. Only a site owner can set it.
Paste it however you have it — (561) 816-2228,
561-816-2228 and +1 561 816 2228 are all stored as
+15618162228.
What this does today
It replaces TWILIO_PHONE_NUMBER in .env, which
had one reader — seeding the very first Linxi on a brand-new install — and
could never run again once a Linxi existed.
Setting it does not change where anything sends from. A Linxi sends from its own number, with no site-wide fallback, deliberately: a Linxi whose number is momentarily empty would otherwise send from another Linxi's number — wrong sender, wrong bill, and no sign it happened. Wiring this in as a fallback is a decision to take on purpose, not a gap to close by accident.
🔗 Account Groups
Linked accounts can be switched between without logging out. Switching is one-directional: the primary account can switch into the accounts linked to it, and those accounts can never switch into the primary. Both parties are notified when a link is made here, and every link is recorded.

The account that gains the ability to switch.
The account that can be switched into. It gains nothing.
Optional. What the primary sees in their switcher.

Access Profiles
A profile is a named set of features and tabs. Assign one to an account and it sees a smaller interface. Nobody has one until you say so — without a profile, everything is visible exactly as it is today.
This controls what is shown, not what is allowed. Every screen a profile hides is still protected by the permission that already protected it. For what somebody may do inside a Linxi, use Linxi Settings → Access levels; for who may administer the install, use their role in Directory.
⚠️ A profile is never applied to a super_admin — one who hid this page would have no way back to it.
Profile
Applies to these roles
The three roles an account can have. A role is the coarsest claim — an assignment by hand, or a profile someone picked at signup, beats it.
On the signup form
Tabs
Ticked means visible. Unticking hides the way in; the tab's own address still works for anyone who has it.
Features
Ticked means available. A feature marked not wired yet is stored and changes nothing on screen — there is no element tagged for it yet.
Who has it
What members of this profile fill in
Questions that appear on the member’s own account page, under the tab named after this profile. They are not contact fields — a contact field describes somebody in one Linxi; these describe the membership, and follow the person across the whole site.
What members of this profile pay
A fee appears on the member’s own account page and they settle it there. Nothing is ever charged automatically — a monthly or yearly fee is due each period and the member pays it. This is separate from their Linxi plan and grants no platform features.
Waiting for approval
Somebody filled in a form that grants this profile. Approving puts them on it; refusing records the decision and grants nothing. A form set to approve automatically never lands here.
👥 Directory
➕ Add User
Creates an account directly, with no email verification step and no invitation. The person is not told; hand them the password yourself.
Counts against this install’s user limit. Platform accounts — the assistant and Support — do not.

Platform Security
Every Linxi on this install at once — what is switched on, what has happened in the last day, and anything worth looking at.
✉️ Email Configuration
One mailbox handles both sending (SMTP) and receiving (IMAP) -- host, security, username, and password are shared between them here since they're almost always the same account. Ports differ, so those stay separate.
Deliverability (Google Postmaster Tools)
What Gmail publishes about the domains this install sends from — reputation, spam complaint rate and SPF/DKIM/DMARC pass rates. One connection for the whole server; every account and Linxi reads it.
☁️ Cloud Storage
Where files uploaded to Linxi Cloud are kept. Everyone gets 1GB free; plans raise the ceiling and anything beyond it bills at cost.

Landing Page
What a signed-out visitor sees at the site root. Off means Linxi's own
landing page. Your brand's CSS variables (--c-brand and the rest) are
available to the markup.
Write it with Linxi AI
Talk it through with Linxi AI, then it writes the HTML and CSS into the boxes below. It knows your brand colours, the buttons above and the exact addresses of the images on the shelf, and it will not invent one that does not exist. Talking is free; building is charged, and you are asked first. Nothing is published until you press Save.

Social cover image
The picture behind the cover strip on every social page — the
band under the header that is a brand gradient today, on the Network, the Feed,
the Calendar and every profile. It applies whichever header style is chosen
above, and a header you have written can reach it as
var(--social-cover-image). A profile that has its own uploaded
cover keeps it; this is what the rest of them show.
Stored on this server under /uploads/site/ — it
is the site’s own picture, so it does not go to your media library or to
cloud storage.
Footers
Shown at the bottom of every public page — the landing page, custom pages, public event and article pages and the legal pages. Not the signed-in app, which has its own. Off means the built-in one. Your brand's CSS

Features
Switching a feature off hides its controls in the app AND refuses its routes and pages with a 404, for everybody on this deployment, the super_admin included. A switch marked not wired yet is stored and does nothing until a route or a control is tied to it. No data is ever deleted either way.
Per-person restrictions on top of these are Users → Access profiles; hiding a whole tab is Site → Navigation.
Unset switches follow this deployment's white-label configuration.
Pages
+ New pagePages this site serves at its own URLs — About, Events, Pricing, Contact. A published page can appear in the navigation.
This panel is the inventory: what exists, whether it is live, and whether it has anything in it. Pages are written in Site Coms — a page there is a “static page”, the same row this list shows.
Forms
Build a contact form, copy the snippet, paste it on any website you run. A submission lands as a contact in the Linxi you choose, with the consent recorded.
It is off until you switch it on, and it only accepts submissions from website addresses you list. Everywhere else is refused.
Form
This form
Only a label on the list. Either way the leads land in the Linxis chosen below.
Also send every lead to (optional)Heading
JPEG, PNG, GIF or WebP, up to 5MB. It is re-encoded on the way in, so nothing the file carries reaches the page — including the location a phone writes into a photo.
Buttons, selected cards and links on this form. Leave it empty to use this site’s own brand colour.
On a form with more than one screen. What they have typed is kept for 14 days and a link is emailed to the address they give — anyone with that link can see and finish it, and any picture they attached is not saved. Off unless you tick it.
Fields
Where it may be used
One address per line, e.g. https://example.com.
The form is refused anywhere not listed — that is what stops somebody copying
your snippet onto their own site.
After they submit
Policy and terms
A tick box and a line of hyperlinked text under the Send button. What they agreed to is recorded against the contact — with the web addresses in it, so the record says which documents.
After submission
A copy of their own answers, to the email address on the submission. Nothing is sent when the form did not ask for one.
Preview

Paste this into your website’s HTML. It works without JavaScript; the script only keeps the visitor on your page.

Navigation
Which built-in tabs appear, and any links of your own. Hiding a tab here does not switch its feature off — that is the Features panel. It removes the way in; the tab's own address still works for anyone who has it.
Admin and site-owner tabs are not listed — they already only appear for the roles that own them, and one of them is this page.
Built-in tabs
Your links
Campaign Email Footer
Appended to the bottom of every campaign email this site sends. This is your footer, not Linxi's — nothing here mentions the platform.
⚠️ The unsubscribe link is always added and cannot be switched off. A commercial email needs a working opt-out and a real postal address; the address below is the one that gets printed.
Colours come from Theme & Colours automatically — the footer paints itself in your brand colour, resolved to real hex, because mail clients ignore CSS variables.
Anything left blank falls back to what this site already knows — its brand name, tagline, address and logo — so the footer is presentable before you touch it. Fill a field in to override; clear one to leave it out.
Rendered 120px wide. Defaults to this site's own logo. ⚠️ Most email clients block remote images by default, so the business name below is what many recipients will actually see.
Required by CAN-SPAM in every commercial message. A street address or a registered PO box.
Shown as a link in the footer. https:// only — an
http link shows a browser warning before it shows the page.
Social links, a logo, anything else. Inline styles only — most mail clients strip a stylesheet.
Social Channels
WhatsApp Business, Messenger and Instagram Direct, through one Meta app. These are the platform's own accounts — a Linxi that connects its own in Linxi Settings → Social Accounts uses that instead, and everything else falls back to what is set here.
Fonts & Attribution
The site name, tagline, logo and the 81 colour tokens are in the Branding group above — Site Branding, Logo & Favicon and Theme & Colours. These two had nowhere else to live.
Must be a https://fonts.googleapis.com/ address. Injected
into the head of custom pages and the landing page.
Site Branding
The name, tagline and description this site presents as. Leave a field empty to fall back to the built-in default.
Shown in the header, the footer, the browser tab and the landing page headline.
The short line under the name.
Used as the page description for search engines and link previews.
The legal entity that runs this site, named on the privacy policy and terms — on the liability, indemnity and responsibility clauses. Leave it empty and those pages name your site instead.
Where the site tells people to write. Empty uses the sending address from Admin → Email.
Published on the legal pages and in the SMS HELP reply. Leave it empty to publish no phone number.
Your company on the public pages
These fill About, Terms and Privacy. Leave one empty and that line is left off the page rather than guessed at.
Shown on About, beside your company name. A region and a country, as you would say it out loud.
Whose laws your Terms are governed by, written to follow “the laws of…”. Empty, the clause reads “the jurisdiction in which your company is established” — true, but vague. This is a binding term; set it.
The courts named in your Terms, written to follow “the courts located in…”.
Your own corporate site, if it is somewhere other than here. Linked from About. Empty leaves the line off entirely.
Your own opening for the About page — who you are and who you serve. A blank line starts a new paragraph. Empty, About writes the sentence itself from your name, company and location.
Brand name colour
A colour or gradient over the site name in the header, the landing page and the footer. Off by default — switched off, the name is whatever the theme already makes it.
Brand Logo & Favicon
Upload a square PNG (500px or larger recommended). Every favicon and app-icon size is generated automatically.

Theme & Colours
These colours apply to everyone on this install. Light and dark are edited separately — each person chooses which they see in their own account settings.
💳 Square
What this deployment is configured with, and whether the credentials actually work.
The keys themselves live in .env and need a restart to change —
nothing here writes them.
Plans
What the tiles say on the home page and on /subscriptions. Both pages render these rows — they used to be seven cards written into the markup and three lists inside a script, which is why the same plan could show different bullets on the two pages.
The price is not Square’s. Editing it changes the pricing pages only. A plan sold through Square keeps billing whatever its Square product says until somebody changes it there.

⚙️ AI Spots
Every AI assistant on this platform, and what each one is. A spot's system prompt is its identity — it replaces the personal assistant prompt entirely, so a page builder is told it is a designer rather than that it helps with delivery failures. The depth tiers decide the model, the token budget and the price.
Depth tiers
Shared by every spot. A spot chooses which of these it offers; a tier that is switched off here is offered nowhere.
Linxi AI
Who Linxi AI is, what it may do, and everything it has done.
Anthropic credit
What has gone in
Its role is the lowest one, deliberately: Linxi AI never signs in — everything it does runs inside the server — so a role that could reach the admin panel would only be a way in. Sign-in, password reset and impersonation all refuse a platform account outright, which is what makes it safe for the address to be a real mailbox. Neither the role nor the address is editable here.
Anthropic API key
The key Linxi AI runs on, for everyone on this site. Without one the assistant is switched off entirely — no floating button, and “Use Linxi AI” is unavailable in everybody’s settings. Get one from console.anthropic.com. Usage is billed to that Anthropic account.
Anthropic organization key optional
Read-only access to your Anthropic account’s cost and usage reports. Not the key above — that one is scoped to a workspace, which these endpoints refuse. Nothing here can spend with it.
Three credentials work: an Admin key (sk-ant-admin01-…,
provisioned by an organization admin), an OAuth token with org:admin, or
— usually easiest — a normal API key that is not scoped to a
workspace. All three need an organization rather than an individual account;
set one up under
Console → Settings → Organization
if you have not.
⚠ Saved and checked, and nothing reads it yet — there is no cost panel on this screen. It is here so the credential is in place; Anthropic publishes no remaining-credit figure at all, so whatever gets built from this will report spend, not funding left.
What it may do
Kill switches, not permissions. Each is checked on top of the per-account switch in My AI → Assistant, which is off for everybody unless they turned it on. Switching one off here stops that channel for the whole platform at once.
How it behaves
Capped at 8192 — the ceiling the AI service enforces.
0 is literal and repeatable. 1 wanders.
Across the whole platform.
Persona
What Linxi AI Knows
Facts about Linxi, added to the assistant's instructions on every message. Highest priority first, until the budget runs out — every character is sent with every request and paid for each time.
How Linxi AI Behaves
The instructions each part of the assistant starts from. Editing one stops it being refreshed on restart — it becomes yours.
Worked Examples

AI Activity
Everything Linxi AI has done. A row with nobody against it fired on its own — an inbound message arriving, not a person asking.
🤖 Assistant
A personal assistant with access to whatever you have access to — your numbers, contacts, campaigns and delivery figures. It answers questions and drafts messages; it cannot send anything or change a setting.
Create one at console.anthropic.com. It is encrypted before it is stored and is never sent back to your browser.
Leave blank for no limit. Used this month: $0.00
🔒 Data access
What your assistant is allowed to see. A category switched off is never fetched and never sent — the assistant is told it was withheld, so it says so rather than guessing.
Turning a category off removes it from the assistant's context entirely — it is not fetched, not sent, and the assistant is told it was withheld so it says so rather than guessing.
⚡ What it may do
It drafts; you send — except where you say otherwise here.
Everything else — starting a campaign, messaging someone who has not written to you first, spending money — the assistant cannot do at all. There is no switch for those because the ability does not exist.
⚡ Recent actions
Everything the assistant has drafted for you.
⚙️ Custom instructions
Added to every conversation, so you are not repeating yourself.
Added to every conversation. Use it for things you would otherwise repeat — house style, a industry to assume, a length to stay under.
Added to every page, campaign and post the AI generates for this Linxi — not just your own chats. This is what makes the output yours instead of generic.

Everything the AI has built for you — pages, posts, campaign copy. Adding a note about how one did is what teaches the next one: your notes are read back into the context of later generations at the same place.
💬 Conversations
Everything you have discussed with your assistants, newest first. Campaigns drafted in a conversation are linked to it.

Legal Name
Your real name -- private, used for compliance and billing only. Never shown on your profile, feed, or Linxi Label.
Account Type
What kind of account this is
It shows as a badge on your public profile. It does not decide which features you have — your access profile does, and it is above.

SMS Notifications
Whether Linxi may text you about your account — A2P registration results, billing and platform notices. Separate from the SMS you send your own contacts, which this does not affect.
My Linxi Email
A real mailbox on this site’s own domain, with webmail built in. Replies to it thread back into the same conversation as your texts.
Add an address
Letters, numbers, dots and dashes — as short as you like. It cannot be changed later.
Deliverability
What Gmail thinks of the domain your email goes out on — reputation, spam complaints and whether SPF, DKIM and DMARC are passing. Read from Google Postmaster Tools.

Appearance
How this site looks to you. Your colours come from this install's branding; this chooses light or dark. Leaving it on the first option follows whatever the site's default appearance is.
Plan & Usage
Linxi Balance
Prepaid credit for messages, drawn down at carrier cost across every Linxi you own. Your plan covers the platform; this covers the traffic.
Prepaid, charged once. Separate from your subscription — it does not renew and no card is kept on file. Adding funds carries a 9% recharge fee plus card processing, shown in full before you pay. Messages themselves are billed at carrier cost with no markup.

🛡️ Your Privacy & Terms Pages
Generate compliance pages hosted at your own Linxi address. Use these URLs on an A2P registration instead of Linxi's generic ones — a carrier reviewer opens them and expects to find your business.
A phone or an email is required — a compliance page has to say how to reach you.
Integrations
Connect outside services so Linxi can put your campaigns on your own calendar, send from your own address, and hand you reports where you already work.
Linxi will put your marketing calendar on your Google Calendar, export contacts and campaign results to Sheets, write marketing plans out as Docs, and pull a campaign brief straight out of a Google Doc.
It asks for Calendar, Gmail send, Sheets, Docs, and access to the files it creates in Drive. It does not ask to read your inbox, your contacts, or the rest of your Drive.

Change Password
🔒 Two-Factor Authentication
A second step when you sign in, from an app on your phone. Your password alone stops being enough for anybody who has it.
💻 Active Sessions
Everywhere your account is signed in right now. Ending one signs that device out immediately.
📋 Security Activity
Recent sign-ins and anything worth noticing on your account.
🤖 AI & Your Data
What Linxi AI can see for your account, and everything it has done on your behalf.
Danger Zone
Permanently delete your account, all workspaces you own, and everything in them. This cannot be undone.
Forms
Build a contact form, copy the snippet, paste it on any website you run. A submission lands as a contact in this Linxi, with the consent recorded.
It is off until you switch it on, and it only accepts submissions from website addresses you list. Everywhere else is refused.
Form
This form
Leads land in this Linxi.
Heading
JPEG, PNG, GIF or WebP, up to 5MB. It is re-encoded on the way in, so nothing the file carries reaches the page — including the location a phone writes into a photo.

Snippet
Paste this into your website’s HTML. It works without JavaScript; the script only keeps the visitor on your page.

Posts publish to /@you/coms/… and pages to /@you/…. They are readable by anyone with the link and are not offered to search engines.
Events
Each event gets its own public page at /event/… — server-rendered, with schema.org Event markup so a search engine can show the date, the place and the price. Tickets are sold from that page.
