Yes — Linxi uses Twilio's infrastructure to send SMS messages. You can bring your own Twilio account (free to create, ~$1.15/month per phone number) or get a managed number through Linxi. Our help center walks you through the entire setup step by step.
Can I keep my existing phone number?
If you already have a Twilio number — yes, just enter your credentials in Linxi Settings. If you have a non-Twilio number you can port it to Twilio and then use it with Linxi.
What about A2P 10DLC compliance?
A2P registration is required to send SMS to US carriers. Linxi has the most detailed A2P setup guides available — specifically written for the new Twilio 1console. We walk you through every screen. See our A2P Campaign guide.
How do I migrate my contacts from Salesforce?
