Introducing Linxi: One Contact List, Three Ways to Reach It
Linxi is a messaging platform for businesses: one contact list, reached by SMS, email and the Linxi Network from one place. We launched on 30 August 2026 with that idea at the center. Most businesses talk to their customers over more than one channel, but manage each one in a different tool with a different contact list. Linxi puts them together, and since launch it has grown into a full workspace around them.
In short
- One contact list, three channels: SMS, email and free Linxi Network messages, picked as checkboxes on every campaign.
- Texts at carrier cost: $0.0040 per SMS on Telnyx, with no markup. The one fee is 2.9% when you add funds.
- Compliance built in: STOP wording, permanent opt-outs and guided A2P 10DLC registration.
- A whole workspace: one inbox, Webmail, Flow automations, events and ticketing, analytics, team hours, Cloud storage and an AI assistant.
- Plans from free to $299 a month, each setting a sending limit; messages are always paid at cost.
One contact list, three channels
Every Linxi workspace holds a single contact list. From there, you reach people over:
- SMS, sent through a carrier (Telnyx or Twilio)
- Email, sent from your own mailbox
- Linxi Network, free direct messages between Linxi accounts
A campaign picks any combination of these as checkboxes, not an either/or choice. Each person is reached on the channels they actually have, so you build the message once and Linxi handles the routing.
Replies come back to one inbox, where texts and email sit side by side, so a conversation that starts by text and moves to email stays in one thread of work.
Sends at cost
Carrier messaging is billed at the carrier's own rate, with no markup on any message. Linxi makes its money on the subscription, a 2.9% fee when you add funds to your balance, and a small markup on phone numbers and number lookups. The per-message rates:
- SMS: $0.0040 per segment on Telnyx, $0.0079 on Twilio
- MMS: $0.0100 per message on Telnyx, $0.0200 on Twilio
- Email: free, since it goes out on your own mailbox
- Linxi Network: free, since no carrier is involved at all
A Linxi-managed number is $1.50 a month on Telnyx ($2.50 for toll-free, $2.00 on Twilio), and your first number is included on paid plans. Numbers you already own on your own Twilio or Telnyx account connect at no charge, on every plan including Free. Inbound texts are not charged. The full breakdown, with a worked top-up example, is on the pricing page.
Compliance built in, not bolted on
SMS is a regulated channel, and Linxi treats it that way from the first campaign:
- SMS campaigns should carry opt-out wording ("Reply STOP to opt out"), and the composer adds it in one tap
- Carriers expect the sending business to be named in the message, and the assistant's drafts are checked for it
- Anyone who has texted STOP is excluded automatically and permanently
- Public URL shorteners are flagged in the assistant's drafts and in carrier registration, because carriers block them
- US A2P 10DLC registration, a Brand and a Campaign, is guided step by step, and Linxi warns you before a campaign goes out without it, since carriers filter unregistered texts
Email and Linxi Network are not SMS, and they aren't held to SMS rules. Email needs a working unsubscribe and a physical address under CAN-SPAM. Linxi Network needs neither: there's no carrier involved, so there's no STOP wording and no cost. A sender score and delivery reports show how your sending is landing, carrier by carrier.
Everything else in one workspace
Since launch, Linxi has grown from a campaign tool into the place a business runs its communication from. Every plan, Free included, comes with:
- Webmail: your own Gmail, iCloud or other mailbox connected, with meetings and invitations
- Flow: automations that run when a campaign is sent, replied to or left without a reply
- Events and ticketing: event pages, ticket sales (a 9% fee on paid tickets), door check-in and guest messaging
- Analytics: tracked links, conversions and delivery reports
- Hours and boards: clock-ins, timesheets, schedules and task boards for your team
- The Linxi Network: your profile, posts and connections
- Sharing to Instagram and Facebook from the same place you write
From Linxi Plus upward, Secure Channels add end-to-end encrypted messaging between Linxi accounts: messages are encrypted in your browser, and Linxi holds no key that can open them. Cloud storage keeps your files and pictures, with 1 GB free on the Free plan and room to grow on paid plans at $0.03 per GB a month. Email hosting on your own domain is $5 a month for 25 mailboxes.
An assistant that drafts, and sends only when you say
Every workspace comes with Linx, an AI assistant that works across the platform. It can:
- Draft campaigns, emails, posts, pages and events as drafts you review
- Write copy straight into the composer, and plan a marketing calendar
- Make pictures in your brand with Image Studio, with titles and alt text
- Look up your contacts, mail, delivery and calendar to answer questions
- Reply to inbound messages, but only where you have switched that on
Linx sends nothing on its own unless you have switched on automatic replies; everything else waits for a person to press Send. AI use is charged to your balance per request, and each plan sets how many requests a day it takes. On Enterprise, you can bring your own AI keys.
Plans built around real usage
Linxi's plans buy the platform and a monthly sending limit, not messages, which are always paid from your balance at carrier cost:
- Free: $0, 500 SMS a month, 400 contacts, 1 GB of Cloud, your own number connected
- Linxi Number: $5 a month, 2,000 SMS, 1,000 contacts, 1 Linxi number
- Linxi Plus: $15 a month, 5,000 SMS, 5,000 contacts, 2 numbers, Secure Channels
- Starter: $29 a month, 10,000 SMS, 10,000 contacts, 3 numbers, unlimited Flow workflows
- Pro: $79 a month, 50,000 SMS, 25,000 contacts, 8 numbers, group Secure Channels and API access
- Enterprise: $199 a month, 100,000 SMS, unlimited contacts, 20 numbers, white-label installs and your own AI keys
- Dedicated System: from $299 a month, with no sending limit, for larger deployments
Every paid plan is also available yearly: pay for ten months and get twelve. Paid plans hand part of the subscription back as balance each month, from $0.50 on Linxi Number to $30 on Dedicated. When you reach your sending limit, sending pauses until the next month or until you upgrade; there is no penalty price. Compare every figure on the plans page.
Why a unified platform
Splitting SMS, email and direct messaging across separate tools means separate contact lists, separate compliance rules to track and separate bills to reconcile. Linxi's bet is that a business should manage all three from one workspace, with one audience, and pay the real carrier cost, plus the 2.9% fee when adding funds, only when a carrier is actually involved. Everything we have built since launch follows from that: the inbox, Flow, events, analytics and Linx all work from the same contact list.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is Linxi free to start?
Yes. The Free plan includes 500 SMS a month of sending room, 400 contacts, Webmail, email campaigns and 1 GB of Cloud storage. You pay only for the texts you send, at carrier cost, from your balance.
Does Linxi mark up text messages?
No. SMS and MMS are billed at the carrier's own rate: $0.0040 per SMS on Telnyx. Linxi's fees are the subscription, 2.9% when you add funds, and a small markup on numbers and lookups.
Can I use my own phone number?
Yes. Numbers you already own on your own Twilio or Telnyx account connect at no charge on every plan. Or let Linxi provide a number, with the carrier setup and A2P registration handled for you.
Do email and Linxi Network messages cost anything?
No. Email goes out on your own mailbox and Linxi Network messages involve no carrier, so neither has a per-message cost.
Will the AI send messages without me?
Only if you switch on automatic replies. Otherwise Linx drafts, and a person presses Send.
One contact list. Every channel.
Start free, send at carrier cost, and bring SMS, email and the Linxi Network together. See what each message costs, then choose your plan.
