Linxi

What this page is

Appearance is a personal choice about light or dark. The site's palette is set by its admins; this only decides which version of it you see.

Open Profile in Linxi, then Appearance in the panel list beside it. It has its own address, /account/appearance, so it can be bookmarked or sent to somebody directly rather than described as a series of clicks.

A look at it

Appearance page in Account settings with three buttons, Match my device, Light and Dark, beside the account section menu.
Leave Match my device selected to follow your system, or pick a fixed look.
Appearance in phone view, with a short note on site branding and the Match my device, Light and Dark buttons.
This choice changes only how Linxi looks to you; the site's colours stay the same.

What is on the screen

  • Match my device, which follows the site's default appearance
  • Light, to always show the light version
  • Dark, to always show the dark version
