Linxi

What this page is

Mailboxes gives you a real email address with webmail built in. Replies to it thread into the same conversation as your texts.

Open Profile in Linxi, then Mailboxes in the panel list beside it. It has its own address, /account/email, so it can be bookmarked or sent to somebody directly rather than described as a series of clicks.

What is on the screen

  • Verify your account email with a six-digit code, needed before you create a mailbox
  • Choose your address and Create Email, with a one-time password to save
  • How many mailboxes your plan includes
  • Personal mailboxes: connect another provider with an app password and server details
  • Deliverability, where the site has it on: reputation, spam complaints and SPF, DKIM and DMARC results from Google

What you can do here

  • Get a branded email address for your business
  • Read your Gmail beside your site mailbox in Webmail
  • Check whether your email is passing Google's checks
