What this page is
Custom instructions save you repeating yourself. The brand box applies to everything generated for the workspace, not only your own chats.
Open Assistant settings in Linxi, then Custom instructions in the panel list beside it. It has its own address, /ai/instructions, so it can be bookmarked or sent to somebody directly rather than described as a series of clicks.

Who uses it
Every user writes their own instructions; the brand context is for the workspace chosen at the top and needs permission to manage its settings.

Track this month's assistant use in messages, tokens and estimated cost, see where the cost is charged, and add funds when your balance is running low.
