What this page is
The assistant drafts and you send, except where you allow otherwise here. Starting campaigns, messaging people first and spending money are not possible at all.
Open Assistant settings in Linxi, then AI permissions in the panel list beside it. It has its own address, /ai/permissions, so it can be bookmarked or sent to somebody directly rather than described as a series of clicks.
