What this page is
Scheduled lists campaigns that will start on their own when their time comes. A second table shows messages waiting inside flows, which are changed in the flow itself.
Open New campaign in Linxi, then Scheduled campaigns in the panel list beside it. It has its own address, /compose/scheduled, so it can be bookmarked or sent to somebody directly rather than described as a series of clicks.
